Monday of Strength

Seeing all Jesus had done. Witnessing miracles by and through a man in that day, would be greater than our current comprehension.

How could you not believe. Yet, many did not and do not.

The Monday after Christ rose from the dead, would be (and should be) a celebratory moment of renewed praise! Renewed strength. Renewed belief. Bold faith!

All He said, was true. All He prophesied, came to pass. And yet, He still left “certainty in mystery” of what was still to come.

Jesus provided the ultimate example of “passing through”.

Declaring “past, present, and future” in a moment of time. Living, breathing, and participating by example, of how we follow the One that Is, and always will Be.

Many struggle with Monday morning. But not this Monday.

We saw our Savior raise from the dead! We saw our Lord go through and complete all that He taught us.

How could we not have an increased strength. A renewed hope. An excited certainty in our expression of Him! An urgency in sharing the good news.

If any were 50% in (their belief) before the crucifixion, they were certainly 100% in now!

Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, do you now believe? Blessed (happy, spiritually secure, and favored by God) are they who did not see (Me) and yet believed (in Me). John 20:29 AMP

Will you celebrate the Victory? Will you pray and praise fervently (extreme force, degree, strength)? Will you repent and turn from your old ways (self)?

Committing to righteousness (strength in and through holiness, by the Word of God).

There is a “recipe” for the Holy Spirit to thrive. It’s obedience.

  • Fervent (passionate - strength in belief. Intensity - extreme force/degree/strength) Prayer & Praise

  • Repentance of Sin (continual repentant heart)

  • Commitment to Righteousness (instructed by Word)

Generates = BOLDNESS (by empowering the Holy Spirit in you)

Our flesh will call it “sacrifice”. Our spirit will call it “right”.

“For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to the Spirit, and the (desire of the) Spirit opposes the sinful nature; for these (two the sinful nature and the Spirit) are in direct opposition to each other (continually in conflict), so that you (as believers) do not (always) do whatever (good things) you want to do.” Galatians 5:17 AMP

We are in a battle, but the war has been won!

Receive. Live. Love.
